2nd Science & Wine World Congress - Wine and Olive Oil Production: The Fluid Aspect of Mediterranean Diet

The congress “2nd Science & Wine World Congress. Wine and Olive Oil Production: The Fluid Aspect of Mediterranean Diet” is scheduled for 2 to 4 June 2021. In 2021 we will share our Congress with the rest of world online.

The programme will include scientific sessions (2 and 3 June) and the Workshop “The importance of science communication to clarify wine health effects” in Quinta do Crasto (4 June) (https://www.science-and-wine-conferences.com/). The institutional partners of this congress are: University of Porto, Association of Port Wine Companies, International Organisation of Vine and Wine, Chaire UNESCO: Culture et Traditions du Vin, Wine in Moderation – Art de Vivre (WIM), Foundation for Wine and Nutrition Research (FIVIN), Association Nutrition Méditerranéenne et Santé.

In view of the pandemic situation caused by COVID-19 and the uncertainties regarding its evolution, we engage in enhancing our online services to bring the 2nd Science & Wine World Congress also to your place, no matter whether it is at home, in the office, in the lab or even your holiday refuge. You will have the 2nd Science & Wine World Congress accompanying you, wherever you like, whenever you want, and whenever it is convenient.

We decided to provide a new opportunity to all scientists around the globe, particularly younger ones at the beginning of their career or still at the university.
